Clinical Supervision

Hello fellow dietitian! I’m so glad you are considering supervision. Supervision is a wonderful place to receive guidance on navigating tricky client cases and assistance with implementing weight-neutral medical nutrition therapy. Supervision also gives you the opportunity to ask private practice and business related questions. And, perhaps most of all, supervision allows you to feel like you are getting things right with your clients and doing a good job.

I’ve been a dietitian since 2017, have worked within eating disorder care since 2019, and most recently, opened my private practice in 2023. I really enjoy mentoring clinicians for eating disorder work and I also have special interest and knowledge of sports nutrition and fueling for athletes. I continue to receive personal supervision and consider it an essential part of my practice. Providing eating disorder care is hard, but less so when you have support. Let’s chat!

Community Presentations

I am passionate about supporting other clinicians (primary care providers, mental health therapists, physical therapists etc.) to improve their knowledge and understanding of eating disorders. I have presented at High Lakes Healthcare and Summit Health, among others, on how to identify eating disorders among patients and what the first steps are in treating someone with an eating disorder. If you are interested in helping your fellow providers improve their knowledge and education about eating disorder care, please reach out!

I am also available to give talks to community members on topics such as: Eating Disorders, Intuitive Eating and Fueling for Activity.

Pricing is dependent on topic and length of presentation.
